It’s simple to make vegan whipped cream. All you need is coconut milk. I find it to be much tastier than dairy whipped cream. It’s great topped on pies, cobblers, or hot cocoa. Even puddings!! You’ll love this dairy alternative for whipped cream.

- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 – 2 tsp sweetener, such as sugar (optional)
Directions: You need to use a cold can of coconut milk. Place a can of coconut milk in the refrigerator over night. Use only the firm cream not the liquid from the can. Place the cream part of the coconut milk in small bowl and beat until fluffy. Add in vanilla and optional sweetener and beat some more. You should only need to beat for a total of 5 minutes. You can store any extra whipped coconut cream in a air tight container for up to a week and a half.
