Chocolate Tart Cherry Smoothie

A runner's nutritional powerhouse
Ingredients
  • 1 Chocolate Svelte
  • 1 c frozen Tart Cherries
  • ½ avocado (no peel)
  • 5 dates (optional)
  • 1 Tbs Peanut Butter (optional)
  • 1 - 2 Handfuls Greens (spinach, kale, chard, etc)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (I use plant based and chocolate)
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Save some frozen tart cherries for garnishing and enjoying.
  3. Enjoy!!
