Green Tea Smoothie

An Earty taste with antioxidants, EFA's and fiber.
Ingredients
  • 2 c almond milk
  • 1 Tbs matcha green tea powder
  • 1 Tbs chia seeds
  • 2 Tbs unsweetened shredded coconut or coconut flakes
  • 1 Tbs ground flaxseed (optional)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and desired consistency.
  2. Divide between two glasses and enjoy.
