Chocolate Espresso Almond Bites

Caffeine jolt for midday wrapped in one bite.
Ingredients
  • ¾ c Vanilla Espresso Almond Butter (Wild Friends Butter)
  • 1 c oats
  • ¼ c mini chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life, vegan chips)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • 2 Tbs hemp seeds
  • 1-2 Tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, until well mixed.
  2. (May need to add in a little water or milk to help form into balls.)
  3. Form into bite size balls, by rolling.
  4. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or in the freezer.
