5 Uses for Breast Milk & Chocolate PB Breakfast Cookies

Serves: 2 dozen
Chocolate, peanut butter, breakfast and cookie all in one!!
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
1 c oats
⅓ c Peanut Butter
⅓ c applesauce
½ c almond milk
¼ c Cocoa powder or Carob powder
¼ c unsweetened shredded coconut
2 Tbs protein powder (optional)
¼ c chocolate chips (vegan) optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place all ingredients in a bowl or blender, except for the chocolate chips. Process until well combined and bananas smashed. (you can use a hand mixer to combine all ingredients).
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop a big spoonful onto a baking sheet, greased or lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy!!
Store in the freezer for up to 2 months or 2 weeks in the fridge.
*you can blend the oats in, as I did so they grind up, or you can stir them in so they stay whole.
