5 Uses for Breast Milk & Chocolate PB Breakfast Cookies

Chocolate, peanut butter, breakfast and cookie all in one!!
Ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 c oats
  • ⅓ c Peanut Butter
  • ⅓ c applesauce
  • ½ c almond milk
  • ¼ c Cocoa powder or Carob powder
  • ¼ c unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 Tbs protein powder (optional)
  • ¼ c chocolate chips (vegan) optional
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place all ingredients in a bowl or blender, except for the chocolate chips. Process until well combined and bananas smashed. (you can use a hand mixer to combine all ingredients).
  3. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Drop a big spoonful onto a baking sheet, greased or lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy!!
  6. Store in the freezer for up to 2 months or 2 weeks in the fridge.
  7. *you can blend the oats in, as I did so they grind up, or you can stir them in so they stay whole.
