Vanilla Carrot Cake Smoothie

Carrot cake in a cup, without the added sugar and calories.
Ingredients
  • 1 c carrots (or 2 medium size carrots)
  • 1 c almond milk
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 Tbs oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use orgain)
  • Ice
  • Optional: hemp seeds & flaxseeds (1 Tbs each)
Instructions
  1. Add all to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy
