4 Ingredient Banana Muffins

Ingredients
  • 6 ripe bananas mashed
  • ¾ c coconut flour
  • ¾ c almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • ½ c maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • *can also add chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin tin with liners or grease well.
  2. In medium mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix until well combined. (If adding chocolate chips, stir in last.)
  3. Fill muffin tins to almost full (the muffins won't rise, so they won't spill over), and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown on top.
  4. *Muffins will be more moist. I baked for basically 30 minutes.
  5. Let cool before removing and Enjoy
