Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie Dough

Serves: about 1½ cups
 
Ingredients
  • ½ c Vanilla Protein Powder (I used plant based Orgain)
  • 2 Tbs Peanut Butter or other nut butter
  • 1-2 Tbs Almond Milk
  • 1-2 Tbs Mini Chocolate Chips
Instructions
  1. Mix together all ingredients, adding more protein powder or milk until desired consistency.
  2. I like to form little balls with it.
  3. Enjoy - store in air tight container in refrigerator for up to a week.
