In medium bowl combine flour, protein and salt. Incorporate together.
You can melt nut butter and honey/maple syrup until combined and add to dry ingredients or add to dry ingredients without melting (melting makes it easier to mix).
Mixture will be crumbly.
Slowly add in milk until a thick dough is formed and easy to roll into balls (add as much milk as needed).
Stir in tart cherries and white chocolate chips.
Form into balls and place on cookie sheet. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to let them firm.
Store in air tight container in the refrigerator.
