3 Ingredient Banana Coconut Drops

Serves: 21 "cookie" drops
- 2 ripe bananas (spotting)
- ¾ c unsweetened shredded coconut
- ½ c oats (gluten free)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line cookie sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth (can have small, small chunks).
- Scoop little drops onto prepared cookie sheet & bake 10-15 minutes, until edges lightly browned.
- Store in refrigerator.
