3 Ingredient Banana Coconut Drops

Easy 3 ingredient cookie drops for baby's to adults. No processed sugars and simple ingredients.
Ingredients
  • 2 ripe bananas (spotting)
  • ¾ c unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ c oats (gluten free)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line cookie sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.
  2. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth (can have small, small chunks).
  3. Scoop little drops onto prepared cookie sheet & bake 10-15 minutes, until edges lightly browned.
  4. Store in refrigerator.
