Coconut Mango Peach Overnight Oats

Serves: 1 jar / serving
- ¾ c rolled oats
- 1 Tbs chia seeds
- 2 Tbs shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1½ c almond milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- ¼ c frozen or fresh mango, chopped into squares (can add frozen or fresh peach as well)
- 1 Tbs Mango Peach Barleans Omega Swirs
- Add rolled oats, chia seeds and unsweetened coconut to a mason jar or bowl. Mix together.
- Pour almond milk and sweetener (if using) over oats. Gently stir.
- Top with mango.
- Pour Barleans Mango Peach Omega Swirls on top. Cover and let stand overnight in the fridge.
- Enjoy for breakfast.
