Healthy, fruity roll-ups with essential fatty acids and minerals
Ingredients
2 cups frozen mango, thawed or can use fresh mango
1-2 tbs honey (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mat.
Blend fresh or thawed mangoes in a blender, until smooth..
Pour blended mangoes on the lined baking sheets. Drizzle Barleans Tangerine Omega Pals over top (or added in 3 Tbs to blended fruit) and use knife to swirl in. (this will make 2 sheets of roll-ups)
Bake for 4-6 hours or until fruit becomes rubbery like a fruit roll-up, dry and pliable.
Let them cool before removing and cut into strips. Enjoy
