A great summer treat you won't be able to resist. It's sugar free and GF!!
Ingredients
5 frozen bananas
2½ c frozen blueberries
½ c coconut cream
4 Tbs shredded coconut
Instructions
Add all ingredients, except for ½ cup of frozen blueberries, to a blender or food processor and blender until smooth or to a consistency most like ice cream.
(I add the frozen produce in first than the coconut cream and coconut).
Once well blended, stir in the ½ c frozen blueberries.
Transfer to a freezer safe container and store in the freezer. Enjoy!!
