Vegan Blueberry Coconut Ice Cream

A great summer treat you won't be able to resist. It's sugar free and GF!!
Ingredients
  • 5 frozen bananas
  • 2½ c frozen blueberries
  • ½ c coconut cream
  • 4 Tbs shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients, except for ½ cup of frozen blueberries, to a blender or food processor and blender until smooth or to a consistency most like ice cream.
  2. (I add the frozen produce in first than the coconut cream and coconut).
  3. Once well blended, stir in the ½ c frozen blueberries.
  4. Transfer to a freezer safe container and store in the freezer. Enjoy!!
