Matcha Green Tea Smoothie

A powerful blend of antioxidants with healthy fats to start your morning. Creamy smoothie that packs a punch!!
Ingredients
  • 1½ c almond milk
  • ½ - ¾ c frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 avocado, seed removed and peeled
  • 2 tsp matcha green tea powder
  • 1-2 scoop protein powder (I use pea or hemp)
  • handful of spinach
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and well combined. Pour into desired glasses and enjoy.
