Overnight Cinnamon Coconut Chia Breakfast Pudding

For those time crunched mornings. Filled with fiber and EFA's.
Ingredients
  • ¼ c chia seeds
  • 1 c almond milk
  • 1 Tbs shredded unsweetened coconut
  • Splash of maple syrup
  • Couple dashes of cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a jar or a bowl, and stir (or if using jar cover and shake)
  2. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Enjoy for breakfast!!
  4. Also try topping with your favorite fruit , raisins or nuts.
