Overnight Cinnamon Coconut Chia Breakfast Pudding

- ¼ c chia seeds
- 1 c almond milk
- 1 Tbs shredded unsweetened coconut
- Splash of maple syrup
- Couple dashes of cinnamon
- Mix all ingredients in a jar or a bowl, and stir (or if using jar cover and shake)
- Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
- Enjoy for breakfast!!
- Also try topping with your favorite fruit , raisins or nuts.
