Matcha Green Tea Protein Bites

Serves: 18-21 bites
- 1¼ - 1½ c peanut butter (or you favorite nut butter) - depends on how oily your pb is
- 2 Tbs protein powder
- 2 Tbs matcha green tea powder
- 2 Tbs carob powder
- 2 Tbs shredded unsweetened coconut
- 2 Tbs coconut flour
- ¼ c pecan pieces
- ½ c cashew pieces
- 1-2 Tbs honey or agave
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well combined.
- (May have to add a bit more peanut butter so mixture can be easily formed into balls.)
- Roll into bite size balls and store in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
