Matcha Green Tea Protein Bites

A jolt of energy for pre workout, and protein to help with muscle recovery. Did I mention they taste like brownies?
Ingredients
  • 1¼ - 1½ c peanut butter (or you favorite nut butter) - depends on how oily your pb is
  • 2 Tbs protein powder
  • 2 Tbs matcha green tea powder
  • 2 Tbs carob powder
  • 2 Tbs shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 2 Tbs coconut flour
  • ¼ c pecan pieces
  • ½ c cashew pieces
  • 1-2 Tbs honey or agave
Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well combined.
  2. (May have to add a bit more peanut butter so mixture can be easily formed into balls.)
  3. Roll into bite size balls and store in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
