Green Power Machine Smoothie

A nutritional powerhouse meant to give you an energy kick
Ingredients
  • 1 c coconut water
  • 1 c almond, coconut or cashew milk
  • 1-2 scoops protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 big handfuls of greens (chard, kale, spinach)
  • 1 Tbs maca powder (I suggest 1-2 tsp as it has a strong taste)
  • Ice, optional
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. I start with liquids, then powder, avocado, banana, greens and ice.
  3. Divide between two cups and enjoy.
