Vegan Poppyseed Dressing

An reduced sugar and fat dressing great on salads and sandwiches.
Ingredients
  • ¼ c + 1 Tbs vegenaise
  • 2 Tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1-2 tsp agave or honey
  • 2 tsp Poppyseeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
  1. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except for poppyseeds and stir until well mixed.
  2. Stir in poppyseeds, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour some over your favorite salad and Enoy.
  4. Store in air tight container and keep in fridge for up to 2-3 weeks.
