Vegan Poppyseed Dressing

Serves: about 6 ounces
- ¼ c + 1 Tbs vegenaise
- 2 Tbs apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1-2 tsp agave or honey
- 2 tsp Poppyseeds
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- In small bowl, combine all ingredients except for poppyseeds and stir until well mixed.
- Stir in poppyseeds, and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour some over your favorite salad and Enoy.
- Store in air tight container and keep in fridge for up to 2-3 weeks.
