Banana Oatmeal Squares

Serves: 20 squares
- 4 c oats
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ c brown sugar or maple syrup
- 3 eggs, beat
- 2 bananas, sliced into chunks or pieces
- 2¼ c almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 9X13 inch baking dish.
- Add oats, baking powder and brown sugar to a large mixing bowl.
- Stir in the beat eggs, bananas, almond milk and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Enjoy warm with milk, warm alone, or cold.
- Store in the refrigerator in air tight container or covered pan.
