Wholesomely Fit was created in 2012 to bring inspiration for a healthy, active and whole lifestyle. Bryanna will be sharing information on health and running, as she holds a Masters in Nutrition and is a certified Nutritionist, certified Run Coach, and certified Personal Trainer with ACE. She will also contribute information on life as a mom, her walk with Christ, and also loves to share healthy and whole recipes for the whole family to enjoy. She enjoys creating new meals in the kitchen and tries to make recipes that are friendly for those with intolerance’s or allergies, while still being tasty. Educating her readers on a healthy, wholesome life is her aim.
Mariah will be contributing motivation and inspiration, as well as information on the beauty industry. Her passions are to provide encouragement to all who come here and to inspire us to have a healthy mind and soul. Mariah’s posts will serve to inspire us to live higher and higher, and to love our body’s at every stage of life. She is a law school student at Pepperdine and will be graduating in the Fall 2017.
