Recipes

Most of my recipes will be vegan and vegetarian friendly and gluten free friendly. Occasionally you’ll find eggs, cheese, butter, and honey in some of my recipes. I hope to inspire your own recipes and to give your daily meals more of a variety, with new recipes that are quick and easy (sometimes). Sadly, not all good meals are quick. Some will take more time to prepare, but that gives you more time to enjoy the process of making healthy, whole dishes.

vegan-creamy-power-greens-saladI use organic ingredients in all my recipes, so I encourage you to use organic when you can, especially sugars and flours. I also encourage playing your favorite playlist (Beach Boys on Pandora great choice). Anything with music is more fun (except running, I can’t run with music). 🙂

Bry has her Masters in Human Nutrition (Certified Nutritionist), is a certified Marathon Coach and Certified Personal Trainer with ACE, child of God, mom of 4 and wife. She lives to inspire others to be healthy, fit and wholesome by sharing healthy and whole recipes, tips on health and fitness, and her journeys through running and motherhood.

Mariah has a law degree, works as an attorney and is a fitness enthusiast. Mariah lives to overcome physical limitations to pursue an active lifestyle, using nutritional, mental and emotional healing. Thanks for stopping by and we hope you'll be back!!
