Most of my recipes will be vegan and vegetarian friendly and gluten free friendly. Occasionally you’ll find eggs, cheese, butter, and honey in some of my recipes. I hope to inspire your own recipes and to give your daily meals more of a variety, with new recipes that are quick and easy (sometimes). Sadly, not all good meals are quick. Some will take more time to prepare, but that gives you more time to enjoy the process of making healthy, whole dishes.
I use organic ingredients in all my recipes, so I encourage you to use organic when you can, especially sugars and flours. I also encourage playing your favorite playlist (Beach Boys on Pandora great choice). Anything with music is more fun (except running, I can’t run with music). 🙂
