Vegan Creamy Caesar Dressing (GF)

This is incredibly easy to make and takes 5 minutes!! Once you try it, you’ll never want to buy a store bought vegan caesar dressing, or at least I don’t.

It’s definitely better for you than the store bought dressing, with great source of healthy fats from the olive oil. You have to try it!!

It’s great paired on this Power Greens Salad.

Total time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 c Cashews
  • 2 Tbs Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbs Nutritional Yeast (plus a little more if you want a cheesier taste)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Pepper, to taste

Directions: Add all ingredients to a blender, except for the pepper. Blend well until well mixed. You can stir the pepper in or just add directly to the salad.

Servings: Good for 8 cups of packed salad
