My Blur of a WEEK!!

April 27, 2014 Bryanna

Happy Weekend!!

I will be heading home shortly from Utah (yes I am once again gone from home). The last week has been a blur, with Boston, racing, my nephews birthday party, some work and school, and then Utah for another race. (I have a lot of school work to catch up on eek!!)

I can say that doing a race 4 days after Boston is no joke. My quads hadn’t recovered from the Boston Marathon completely and were rudely awakened in Utah this weekend. They desperately need a rest, but you know me, I have a race next Sunday to Run. Basically 3 races in 3 weekends. I am always up for any adventure though. 😉

I just wanted to check in since it’s been nearly a week and let you all know that I am in fact still alive 😉

Boston was amazing, as always, but this year so much so!! I can’t wait to share the experience with you. Hopefully this week I can have my thoughts sorted and pictures ready for you all, with a nice race recap. It will be hard to put into words how amazing this weekend was, and how grateful I was to be apart of the Boston Marathon this year.

It was my first marathon pregnant, which was a challenge in and of itself. I had to stop and pee 3 times!! I am kind of nervous about my marathon June 1st, because I will be bigger and probably peeing more, we will see.

Hope you all enjoyed your weekend!! Oh and I will make sure to update you all on my race in Zion as well. As always, relay’s are so much fun. This one was no different, although I would have changed the weather!! It was an adventure for sure with lots of rain, mud slides, and then SNOW!!

Oh yes……the stories are GREAT!! Took trail running to a whole other level.

Until Next Time Be Whole and Be Fit

Can’t wait to read your Boston recap! You have had quite an adventurous couple of weeks! It’s too bad about the Zion weather, that’s so crazy, what were the odds… I look forward to getting out there in September!
