- “The Whole Pregnancy Handbook“, Joel M. Evans, MD & OBGYN and Robin Aronson – This is an obstetrician’s guide to integrating conventional and alternative medicine during, before and after pregnancy; also a guide to what to expect throughout all stages of pregnancy, with common side effects and treatments for them.
- “What to Expect When you are Expecting“, Heidi Murkoff and Sharon Mazel – A guide to answer any pregnancy related questions to help you know what to expect throughout all stages of pregnancy
- “Gentle Babies”, Debra Raybern – Essential oils and natural remedies to use throughout pregnancy in childbirth and for infants and young children
- “Naturally Healthy Babies and Children”, Aviva Jill Romm, MD – She is a great author and provides a guide of herbal remedies, nutrition and health for babies to children. There’s a list of common ailments, with the proper natural treatments and advice.
- “Natural Baby and Childcare”, Lauren Feder, MD – medical advice and holistic wisdom for raising healthy children from birth through adolescence. This book contains natrual treatments for children, as well as a step by step guide for raising kids and meeting development milestones. It’s definitely a must have.
