What a great week!! It was a relaxed (for the most part) week, with lots of family time. Sorry I was MIA for awhile. There isn’t good reception at the cabin, so WIFI is spotty, but I have to say it was kind of nice being off the grid for awhile.
I’ll share my week in photos, because sometimes they do a better job of describing all the fun and family there was. It was so nice getting some runs in while in Montana, because it is so much cooler at night and in the morning. Most of our runs were at high 50’s and even some runs in the 40’s. Also, I love the crisp mountain air and all the trails. It was a great change of scenery and spooky at times with all the wildlife.
I spent lots of time on the boat and in the sun at the beginning of the week, and then thunderstorms were in the forecast for the last part of the week. It made for a cool couple of last days at the lake, and a lot more cabin time.
We had a major storm Thursday night, that kept us all awake. The lightning was so bright and the thunder so loud it shook the cabin.
Being pregnant, I didn’t get to do much of the water sports, but I did get to watch everyone enjoy theirs. My little nephew even got on the tube.
It was fun watching my mom water ski, and my little brother complete the ski course they had set up.
I loved spending time with the newest addition of the family and seeing all his new faces.
My older brother couldn’t get enough of him!!
My dad even went swimming. He doesn’t know how to swim, even though he has water skied for years and takes us everywhere on the boat. His version of jumping in was hilarious and looked like the following (I should have video taped it).
I was so blessed to be with family at the lake and relax for a week with having to worry about work. The school part wasn’t fun though.
Hope you all had a great week. I will have some of my maternity photos to share in the next couple of days. My hubby is working on the editing. I am loving how they are turning out.
